### About David PressbergAt the age of 4, David Pressberg was walking around job sites with a hard hat on. A third generation Angeleno with roots in the world of real estate investment, brokerage, and management, David’s passion for developing, procuring, and investing in properties came inherently. As the grandson of Sidney Pressberg, a Holocaust survivor who went on to become a successful real estate developer, David was ingrained with a strong work ethic, tenacity, and out of the box thinking.
After graduating from University of Arizona with a degree in Real Estate and Business, David started his career at The Shopping Center Group, formerly Northwest Atlantic, a go-to retail broker in New York. While there, David actively participated in securing new locations for existing clients, including LA Fitness, Rite-Aid, Staples, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, and A-list restaurateurs such as Bobby Flay. In 2013, David took his Big Apple brokerage experience and headed back to the West Coast where he focused on his true passion: Los Angeles real estate. David was tapped as the head of the commercial division at Century Park Realty, where he oversaw all day-to-day operations.
