Pressberg Properties worked with Onitsuka Tiger and its parent company Asics, to secure its flagship retail store in the heart of Beverly Hills. Situated at the intersection of Rodeo Drive and Santa Monica Blvd, across the street from LVMH Cheval Blanc and situated in one of the nations top retail corridors, Pressberg and Onitsuka Tiger were able to get creative and combine 2 store fronts to give maximum exposure for the brand. Certainly a signature deal in Los Angeles on a long term lease.
